USA PA School Virtual 5k + T-shirt
Description
University of South Alabama's Physician Assistant program is hosting it's 1st annual VIRTUAL 5K this July! All proceeds that are raised will go directly to USA PA program's philanthropy, Healthcare for the Homeless. This program provides assistance with food, medication, finance, housing, employment, HIV counseling, mental health, substance abuse assessments and treatments and referrals for homeless patients in Mobile, Alabama. Whether you are an avid runner, or are trying to get your steps in, this event is a great way to enjoy some fresh air while also supporting a great cause!
There will be 4 categories: Males 40+, Females 40+, Males 39 and younger, Females 39 and younger. One winner from each category will win a prize after all times have been submitted!
Caution: With the summer season comes extreme heat! Please be aware of the heat index and stay hydrated/cool. Because this is a COMPLETELY VIRTUAL race, you have the flexibility to complete your 5k at any time between July 9th-July 11th. Take advantage of the cool mornings/nights, and even running indoors on a treadmill if needed!
To submit your scores: Click the results tab at the top right corner of the website --> click the plus sign and type in the name you registered under --> click add virtual result --> under event, click submit virtual results.
How to add your results:
There are two ways to enter your results. Choose whichever is easiest for you!
Option 1
Step 1: click results tab located in the upper right hand corner
Step 2: click submit virtual results tab located at the top center of the page.
Step 3: enter your name, and email that you used to sign up for the race
Step 4: Enter your results!
Option 2
Step 1: In the upper right hand corner, click the person icon
Step 2: click profile
Step 3: Under events, find USA PA virtual 5k
Step 4: click submit virtual results!
