Montgomery Whitewater Lil' Tri

Kids ages 6–12 may participate in our Lil Tri “triathlon," where they will run, bike (BYOBike), and paddle duckies on our flatwater bottom pond to vie for the Montgomery Whitewater Lil Tri Champion title. Kids ages 6–10 will need to partner up with a parent or guardian to complete the water portion of Lil Tri. Kids ages 11+ will complete the course solo. 

Lil’ Tri will be divided into multiple age groups depending on the number of registered participants. Awards will be given out to winners in each age bracket. 

“Training sessions” will be available for registered participants, where athletes will be able to practice biking, running, and paddling the Lil Tri course. Details to be announced through email and social media.
