Summer Knights End of Summer Time Trial

Join us for an exciting and inclusive Summer 5K Time Trial, open to runners of all ages
and abilities! This event is designed to provide a fun and competitive opportunity for
athletes to gauge their fitness and performance in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Event Detail

• Date: July 20th 2024
• Time: 7:00 pm
• Location: Sokol Park—5901 Watermelon Rd, Northport, AL 35473
• Distance: 5 kilometers (3.1 miles)
• Terrain: Grass, dirt, and gravel.

Important Information

• This is not an AHSAA-sanctioned event, so schools and athletes must comply with the
  regulations prohibiting the use of team uniforms. (Do not wear your team uniform.)
• The time trial serves as a great opportunity to assess current fitness levels and will
  help coaches in future team placements and strategy development.
