RUN TALLADEGA 13.1

The Talladega/Lincoln Area Track Club invites you to run Talladega on Saturday, December 15th 2018! This is a Half Marathon through our Historic City.  Our Course will be certified, safe, well marked, and there will be plenty of opportunities to relieve and refuel at our aid stations. The Race will begin at 7:30a.m. sharp.  Starting on the city Square, runners will also run through the nostalgic Talladega College, Bemiston, Silk Stocking, and Alabama School for the Deaf and Blind districts before ending on North Street.  There will be no cross overs, down and backs, or loops. Every step of Run Talladega will be unique!  Each runner will have 4 hours to complete the Run. Registration is $60.00 per person.  The Price goes up to $75.00 on race day. Each runner is assured a T-Shirt and Finishers Medal.  The top two male and top two female finishers in each age group will receive 1st and 2nd place Medals.  The top three "Overall" Finishers will receive place medals and a small cash prize: ~1st $150 ~2nd $100 and ~3rd $50.00.  Proceeds from the Race will provide our men and women of the US Military a "Military Bible Stick" through Faith Comes by Hearing Ministries, as well as support the Talladega Hall of Heroes Museum. This race will be officially timed. Packet Pick Up is Friday, December 14th from 3p.m. until 7p.m. and Saturday morning from 5a.m. until 6:30p.m. on the Square.
