Description
As your 2021 Miss Teen Alabama United States and my platform Advocating Adolescent Minds gives voice to mental health in youth. I believe mental and physical health go hand in hand, which is why a color run is a great way to promote AAM and help my community understand the impact fitness can have on your mental health, so let’s start out the first week of mental health awareness month off to bright start! The 5k run will be at Snow Hinton Park located in Tuscaloosa AL with music, face painting, a smoothie bowl truck, photo booth, platform t-shirt selling, and color powder!
