Description
HealthWorks Boomtown 5k Run & 2 mile Walk is an event Saturday, March 28th at 8:00 a.m.. Again this year all the proceeds will go toward HealthWork's wellness program, Rock Steady Boxing. Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing class that uses forced intensity to reverse, reduce and even delay the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. This amazing program is run solely on donations by generous individuals and community fund raisers.
