Description
Three events all held at Lake Park. The Park is located 11 miles west of Fayetteville and is one of the most natural settings for a triathlon in the region Weddington Recreation.
International – 1,000 yard swim, 19 mile bike, 4 mile run. Individuals and teams
Sprint – 400 yard swim, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run. Individuals only
Aquabike – swim and bike only. 1,000 yard swim and 19 mile bike. Individuals only
