Vendor Expo - Walmart Joe Martin Stage Race

The vendor expo at the 2023 Walmart Joe Martin Stage Race will see athletes and spectators from across the United States and around the world.

BOOTH RESERVATIONS:
Exhibition booths will be reserved for the criterium event held May 21, 2023. Exhibitors will load in prior to 6:00pm on Saturday, May 20th. Load out will take place after competition on May 21 and must be completed by 8pm. Early arrival or departure requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but must be coordinated with Expo Coordinator prior to signature of this agreement.

EACH SPACE RESERVATION RECEIVES:

• Overnight Security (1)
• 110 power outlet distributed to all locations.
• Please note on your application if any activations require higher amperage. Additional fees will apply based on need.
• Onsite parking for (1) vehicle and trailer
• Logo inclusion on Expo Welcome Board
