Just Kids, Inc. wants to celebrate the start of a new year by running VIRTUALLY (and literally) from 2020 and into 2021 while raising funds for children in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

About the Foundation

Just Kids, Inc. is a foundation by the San Pedro Kiwanis Club.  The foundation was established in 1993..

The foundation’s goal is to enhance the lives of needy children in the greater Sierra Vista area. With more than 97% of budget addressing the needs directly, Just Kids, Inc. is truly dedicated to children.

What is a Virtual 5K

A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. 

What is my investment?

Entry Fee/Registration is only $30.00.

How does it work?

Once you register, we will email you a race bib. Complete your race between January 1st - 30th. 

We believe in the honor system so no proof is required for your race, but it would be awesome if you could upload pictures and tell us about your experience on our Facebook page. 

Why should I do a virtual race? 

The short answer would be because they are cool. But here are a few other reasons...

1. An opportunity to support a great cause.
2. You have complete control over your schedule.
3. Complete the race on your own time.
4. No travel expenses
5. The chance to add a really cool t-shirt to your collection 

Who can participate? 

Everybody and anybody! There is no age limit and there are no restrictions. So run, jog, walk, crawl, run alone, run in a group, run with your pet, bike, hike, it doesn’t matter. Just get out there and get moving! 

Do I have to complete the distance all at one time or can I break it up into different days? 

No you are not required to run your distance all at one time. Feel free to break it up into several runs/walks if you need to.
