Race Venue

1. Where will be the race be held?  At R.J. Corman Railroad Group at 101 R.J. Corman Drive, Nicholasville, KY 40340.
2. What time does the race start?  The 5K Run/Walk will start at 8:30 am.
3. What time should I arrive?  Please arrive at least one hour before the race start time.
4. Where will I park?  Parking is available in the main parking areas on the R.J. Corman property.  You may enter through the main gate after 7:00 am.
5. Are there any restrictions at the race venue? Yes!  The R. J. Corman property is Tobacco Free - Smoking is not permitted on the property. Children 10 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property. Also, roller shoes are not permitted and dogs are not permitted on R. J. Corman property.
6. Will there be ice cream after the race? YES! Homemade ice cream will be provided by the R.J. Corman Company. Yum!

Race Registration

1. When does online registration close?  Online registration will remain open through race morning.
2. Can I register on race day?  Yes! Race day registration will be available for an increased fee over pre-registration fees. Cash and checks only will be accepted when using the race day paper registration form. Online registration will be available on your mobile device.
3. What do I get for my registration fee? Your registration fee includes your race number and a race t-shirt.
4. Is there a benefiting charity?  Yes, all proceeds help the Jones Family with the medical expenses for Amaya's care.
5. Can I get a refund of my registration fee? Sorry. Registration fees are non-refundable.
6. Should I register my young children? Small children that can't run or walk the 5K need not be registered.  Only registered participants will receive a race number and race t-shirt.

Race Participation

1. When can I get my race t-shirt and race number?  Early packet pickup will likely be available. Details coming soon. Packet pickup will open at 7:30 am on race day at the race site. 
2. Can I view a course map?  Yes. Click here to view the course map.
3. Is the course totally on hard surfaces?  Yes! The course is on the paved roads on the R.J. Corman property.
4. Is the course suitable for strollers?  Yes. Pushing a stroller on this course is possible. Please start in the back of the race pack.
5. Can I walk the race?  Yes! Walkers are welcome.
6. Can I bring my dog?  No.  Dogs are not permitted on the R. J. Corman property; this will be strictly enforced.
7. Are there other restrictions? Yes, the R. J. Corman property is tobacco free and smoking is not permitted.

Race Timing/Awards/Results

1. Will the race be timed?  Yes! The race will be timed by 3 Way Racing.
2. Will awards be presented after the race?  Top finishers will be recognized. Age group awards will not be presented.
