Registration Fees

April 1, 2025 - FOR THE FIRST 2000 REGISTRANTS, $50 + $4 processing fee; any additional registrations will be $65 + $4.90 processing fee **Please note, there will be no club discount on April 1**
April 2-30, 2025 - $75 + $5.50 processing fee
May 1-31, 2025 - $80 + $5.80 processing fee
June 1-30, 2025 - $85 + $6.10 processing fee
July 1-31, 2025 - $90 + $6.40 processing fee
August 1-10, 2025 - $100 + $7 processing fee
August 11-22, 2025 - $110 + $7.60 processing fee
August 23, 2025 (Race Expo) - $125 + $8.50 processing fee **Club discount will not be applied at the expo**

Field Limit

Race registration will close when 5000 registrants are reached. The race is expected to sell out, so register early! All participants must be at least 12 years old as of the date of the race to enter. If there are spots available, race registration will be permitted on August 23, 2025, at the race expo starting at 10 a.m. The registrant must register in-person and the fee is $125, credit card only, subject to availability. First come, first served while they last!

Transfers

NEW! Transfers will be allowed through RunSignup from Monday, August 11, through Sunday, August 17. Please follow the instructions found here: https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000062921. You will have two options to transfer your registration.

1. Participant transfer as a gift. The new participant will pay a $35 transfer fee.
2. Participant transfer for a refund. The original participant will receive a refund, less a $35 transfer fee, upon paid registration of the new participant.

To complete either type of transfer, you will need the new participants First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. If you do not have an intended recipient in mind, we recommend deferring to 2026.

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERRING OF BIBS, BIB SWAPPING, and BANDITS (non registered runners) are NOT permitted. Please do not run on someone else's bib. It causes timing and award issues, and we do not know who is on the course should a medical emergency arise. Those caught unofficially transferring bibs, bib swapping, or running as a bandit risk future disqualification from the Annapolis 10 Mile Run. 

Deferrals

We will be offering deferrals to 2026 this year. The deferral fee will be $35.00. Registered runners for the 2025 Annapolis 10 Mile Run can defer their registration to the 2026 Annapolis 10 Mile Run using RunSignUp from July 27, 2025, to August 17, 2025. Instructions for A-10 registration deferral:

- Either sign in to runsignup.com profile and click "Manage Registration" next to the Annapolis 10 Mile Run under "Upcoming Events," OR select "Manage Registration in the confirmation email you received after registering for the 2025 A-10.
- Click "Deferrals” from the menu and follow the process.
- After completion of the process, you will receive an e-mail confirming that you are entered into the 2026 Annapolis 10 Mile Run.

Refunds

There are no refunds for any reason, and no deferrals will be permitted outside the time periods stated above. No exceptions.
