TIMES:

The first race will start promptly at 6.30pm and will run in age group order:

1. Girls 4-5
2. Boys 4-5
3. Girls 6-7
4. Boys 6-7
5. Girls 8-9
6. Boys 8-9
7. Boys & Girls 10-11.

In the interests of safety, age groups that exceed a desired maximum of children on the track at one time will be split into heats. Scoring will be based on the best times from all heats for that age category. 

Start times after 6.30pm will vary depending on the number of participants in each age category and the necessary heats, however in the interests of ensuring that race times are started efficiently, we will aim to minimize the wait time between each race.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO ENSURE YOUR RUNNER DOES NOT MISS THEIR RACE START.

We will run if it rains, however in the event of inclement weather and/or high winds we may have to cancel the event. 

DISTANCES:

(Note the field is a 400m Loop)

• 4-5 – 1 lap = 400m
• 6-7 – 2 laps = 800m
• 8-9 – 3 laps = 1200m
• 10-11 – 4 laps = 1 mile

Spikes cannot be worn.

NUMBER PICKUP:

Pickup on Friday Race Day at the Flora Duffy Stadium from 5:30 pm. 

Entries close Friday at 3pm

• Sorry, but you must use a credit card that will work overseas to register
• Please do not bring dogs to the Start/Finish Area in the interest of other participants

TIMING CHIPS:

• Timing Chips are incorporated in the Race Number that you will collect on Friday night before the races.  
• It must be worn on the night to be recorded. 
• It should be worn loosely on the front at belly button height.
• ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR RACE!
