- The winners for the time handicap will be those closest to their predicted time.

For the Competitive 5K Time Handicap Run Event
- When signing up, predict what you think your finish time will be.
- Sorry, no watches or similar timekeeping to be carried or worn. This will prevent runners from knowing their finish time. There will also be no visible timing clock at the finish line.
- Your time will be posted as normal online after the race.
EVENTS
- 8am - 1 mile kids race (12 years old and under)
- 8:20am - All other events scheduled to start after the completion of the Junior event at 8am

- 5K Run - Top 3 Male and Female in the following age Categories, Juniors 19 and under, Open 20-39; Masters: 40-49; Seniors: 50-59; Veterans: 60-69; Super Veterans: 70+
NUMBER PICKUP
Race Morning at Astwood Park starting at 7:30am
REGISTRATION
Registration is open until the start of each event on race morning.
PARKING
The preference for parking is for individuals to park their cars in the parking area inside of Astwood Park and on the left side of the road as you enter from South Road. After these areas are full, individuals can park on the grassy area on the side of South Road, opposite from Astwood Park.
Please do not park on the grassy area on the outside of the Astwood Park fence. Overflow parking is also available in the parking area at Southlands Park.
There will be parking attendants on the day to assist with this process.

COURSES
5K Run
Start in Astwood Park near the metal gate at the entrance to the park area. Proceed east to the entrance of the parking lot, then turning left. Proceed west on South Road, turning near Southampton Rangers Club. Turn and proceed east back to entrance of the Astwood Park parking lot. Proceed west to the finish line near the metal gate at the entrance to the park area.
I Mile Junior Run
2 Loop course of Astwood Park Start at Western end of Car Park and run East to the Park Entrance from South Road, then turn left and run west to the Park pedestrian entrance on the Western side turning back toward the Parking Lot again and repeating the loop to make 1 Mile.
