There are 2,000 people expected and only 800 parking spots available at Dockweiler Beach. Arrive early, car pool or ride your bike (we have a bike valet)
Please take note that Vista Del Mar will be closed to the north of Imperial because of our event. Your GPS app might not have this temporary closure in its system. To get to the event you must come from the 105 down Imperial to the beach or from the south on Vista Del Mar.|
Once you enter the beach, after you pay, you will go to the right. There are three parking lots, the event starts on Vista Del Mar, on the bluff, above the parking lot. All events end in the third and last lot. DO NOT park in the third lot, park in one of the the first two, and walk down to the event.
If you need to leave before 10:30am DO NOT park in the third lot, park in one of the first two and walk down to the event. If you park in the 3rd lot, you will have to wait to leave until after the race because you have to cross the course and we can't have you doing that while people are still finishing their walk.
Additional parking with shuttle bus available. Buses will leave starting at 6am and will return from the finish line starting at 9am.
