5:00 PM – Packet Pickup OPENS at Warren Harding High School TRACK

Heat Schedule – TENTATIVE:
Please note that we will begin each heat as soon as the last finisher from the previous heat crosses the finish line, so times may shift slightly.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED HEAT! This will give you plenty of time to check in, get your wrist band and bib, warm up, cheer on your fellow runners, check out the Nike tent, enjoy the DJ, and allow for any slightly earlier heat times.  

IF you are looking to be TOP 3 and receive prize money: male contenders MUST be in the last heat and female contenders must race in the second to last heat.  You MAY change your heat raceday - please let us know!

heat 1 - 6:00 PM – 12:00+ min/mile green
heat 2 - 6:15 PM – 10:00–12:00 min/mile red
heat 3 - 6:30 PM – 9:00–9:59 min/mile yellow
heat 4 - 6:40 PM – 8:00–8:59 min/mile orange
heat 5 - 6:50 PM – 7:00–7:59 min/mile purple
heat 6 - 7:00 PM – 6:00–6:59 min/mile pink
heat 7 - 7:10 PM – 5:00–5:59 min/mile blue

heat 8 - 7:20 PM - FEMALE PRIZE CONTENDERS SUB 5:59 min/mile blue
heat 9 - 7:30 PM – MALE PRIZE CONTENDERS SUB-5:00 min/mile vanilla

7:40 PM - CASH AWARDS presented for top 1,2,3 men and top 1,2,3 women
