Matching Gifts
Follow the steps below to leverage Bank of America’s matching gift program and email your request to: Ramon.Bermo@cancer.org
1. From Flagscape, go to “Essential Links”
2. Select ‘Donate and request match’
3. From the my Giving and Volunteering page, select, ‘Request a match’
4. A pop up will come up and from there select, ‘Request a Matching Gift’
5. On the next page, please search for American Cancer Society
This search will bring up several options. To narrow those options, you can select the ‘advanced search’ button to choose New York, New York as the city and state. You will then get the below option:
6. Once you select the above location, please enter the required information and ‘Save and Proceed.’
7. You will be prompted to email American Cancer Society to verify your donation. Please use Ramon Bermo’s email address at the top of these instructions. If this step is not completed, your donation WILL NOT be matched.
Friendly reminder that funds collected from multiple individuals are not eligible for matching gifts, but individual employees may request matches for their own funds they donate. The matching gift program rules and FAQs are helpful resources.
