Keep track of mileage and time it takes you to complete the mileage, once you reach the 140.6 mark, email us and we'll put you on the leader board! Keeping track of miles is based on the honor system, so please be truthful and accurate whenever you log miles.
Challenge your friends, co-workers, family, etc. There is no limit on how many IronMans you can complete in Full Metal MAY/IronMAY - just keep track of total time for each one, submit it to be on the leader board! This is all about honesty and having a good time.
Q: Can I submit my miles after each day for the leader board?
Q: What do I get for completing the challenge?
A: After registration is complete, you’ll receive a Full Metal MAYhem bib to customize and print out. It’s encouraged that you wear the bib while doing your training/racing and have pictures taken of you and submit them to us! Once you complete your 140.6 you’ll be sent a medal and some other free, cool stuff in the mail. You’ll also be able to call yourself an IronATHLETE!
