One mile on fully closed streets!
Before the parade rolls through downtown Auburn, the streets belong to runners and walkers of all ages. The Auburn Mile, presented by Auburn Running Company, follows the full parade route, starting in downtown Auburn and finishing at Central Square.
You're not just running before the parade...you are kicking it off!
The Kids Fun Run, a charitable event in partnership with KidsFirst, gives the youngest members of our community their own moment to shine, too! 100% of registration fees from the Auburn Mini-Mile will be donated to KidsFirst!

Age Graded Team Challenge
The Auburn Mile features an Age Graded Team Challenge — a team competition where age and experience are an advantage. Form a team of 3 to 5 runners, and each finish time is adjusted for age and gender using World Masters Athletics standards. The three fastest adjusted times from your team are combined for a final score. Included with your regular registration — no extra fee.
