Hey all Mattes - We have been approved to hold an In-Person event using our approved Covid Protocol Safety Measures.
We have taken the liberty to share a video of these approved protocol safety measures below. During registration you will be able to choose your start time.
Join us for the 3rd annual Pirate's of the Cure-i-bbean 5K Booty Run to help promote awareness of blood related cancers thru American Cancer Society fund raising efforts! Participants receive Finisher Pirate Medallion, shirt, and a chance at the Pirates Treasure Chest and all the booty inside! Dress in your best pirate garb and run for the booty. Walkers and strollers welcome.
Special $25 pricing for kids 9 and under - Discount taken automatically during registration.
Pirate Booty
Hear ye all Mattes! All Hearties will be eligible to win.
Avast ye! Every Scallywag, young and old alike is eligible to become the winner of the Pirates Treasure Chest. The winner will receive all the booty inside.
Due to the pandemic the number of the winner of the Treasure Chest will be a random drawing prior to the event and given to the winner at the race. Make sure to check your bib to see if it matches the winning bib at the event on race morning. Value of the Treasure Chest and all the booty inside is $1,130 with lots of free entries to cash and other prizes.

Our 2021 Pirates of the Cure-i-bbean Booty Run medallion is a pirate skeleton watch'n over his Booty! Ahoy ye mates! All ye Buccaneers off to search for the treasure chest and all the booty inside. The unveiling of our 2021 medallion is here!
Kids and adults alike will love their finisher medallion!
Pirate Garb Contest
Dress in your favorite Pirate garb and be entered in the Pirate Costume contest. This is a fun part of the Pirate Booty Run where participants dress in their best pirate garb and compete to win the prize. During Covid times pictures will be taken of the Pirate Garb Contest participants and will be notified of the winner by email.
Create a team name and have your pirate friends join your team!
