(unless otherwise noted)
This is a non-coached swim workout
Pool Fees payable to LA County; $25 for 15 swim punch card or $10 for a 5 swim punch card.
Bring your own Equipment: paddles, fins and pull buoy.
You are welcome to join us at the Castaic pool and swim with the Castaic Crew group, or take the workouts and swim separately.
You Must be able to swim 100 yards < This is not a coached workout >
The workouts are typical of what is on offer with Master's group like SCAQ without the expensive monthly dues
Your only cost is the pool laps swim fees
