The Love of Running Virtual Race is about reconnecting with why you love to run and why it is important in your life. 

What is it about running that gets you up off your couch/bed and out onto the road or trails, in the rain, freezing cold, searing summer sun, and on those days you really wanted to sleep in? 

 What is it you love about running?

When did you realize running was more than something you did for exercise?

How has running enriched your life and your relationships? 

We want to spread the love and joy of running and we need your help! 

Take a short video, before, during or after you complete your Virtual Run  (or a photo) and let us know at least one thing you love about running or why it is important in your life. 

Whether you run 5k or 50k, a 5min mile or a 16min mile we want you to share your love of running. 

Share your video or picture with us and we're going to create a fun post race video to help spread the love of running!

Step 2: Pick a route or place that you love and go for a run. *You have until June 21st to complete your run*

Step 3:  Share your love of running with us in a short video or with a picture & text (click here to submit)

Step 4: Submit your results *You have until June 21st to complete your run*
