Lately random violence can strike anywhere, anytime and when you least expect it! Unfortunately we can never predict when a simple outing and or event can turn fatal. 1/29/16 Two teenagers lost their lives attending a party in a "safe" part of town. Neither were in a gang, one was a 17 yr old male HS Senior and the other was a 19 College student. Please help honor their untimely deaths, by contributing to their legacies.
Join Beyond the Bullet for their 5K and 1k run/walk as we run to build community, raise awareness, remember the loved ones lost to violence, and engage in important dialogue about what we can do as a community.
Proceeds from the run/walk will go toward creation of a scholarship fund in memorial of William Harris and Kayla DeBorde. The scholarship will support two (2) graduating high school seniors in Fresno, respectively, encouraging the pursuit of higher education and community engagement.
