5k for Change - BLACK LIVES MATTER

This is a VIRTUAL race; run alone or with a group, outside or on a treadmill, whatever you like! If running outside, I encourage you to wear something that shows WHY you're running (i.e. #blacklivesmatter.) If you can't race (or running just isn't your thing) please feel free to make a donation and/or share this link to all your friends and family!! ALL proceeds will be donated directly to Black Lives Matter.

Make sure to track + log your time (on the running app of your choice) and post your times here!

Let's run for and WITH our black brothers and sisters. Let's run for a CHANGE! Nothing we do will ever be enough, but every bit counts. March alongside the black community, speak up and out against inequality, educate yourself on past and current issues, and perhaps most importantly, LISTEN to the stories/pain/ideas of your black friends and family!!!To my black friends, I stand with you. To my non-black friends, it is our obligation to DO BETTER and fight the good fight... TOGETHER!
