MWR will be starting back Bard Mansion Lunches on Thursday, October 22nd and continuing every Tuesday & Thursday.
Braised Brisket Sandwich - Slow braised brisket, sharp cheddar cheese, horseradish sauce, sweet maui onion and arugula on a grilled baguette.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich - Served on a potato bun with country slaw and honey.
****All Sandwiches - Served with choice of battered fries or Bard House salad (mixed greens, glazed pecans, diced tomatoes, julienne green apple, gorgonzola).
Southwest Steak Salad - crisp romaine hearts, black bean-corn relish, roasted pepper and onions, seared carne asada and house smoked tomato vinaigrette.
Large House Salad - Mixed greens, diced tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, julienne green apples, candied pecans. You can add salmon or chicken.
Vegetarian Flatbread - Oven roasted tomatoes, sweet onions, portobello mushrooms, blue cheese, drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Flatbread - Whole wheat flatbread, grilled and topped with tossed romaine, chicken, and parmesan.
Canned sodas, bottled tea and water.
