***MWR Fitness events are open ONLY to valid Military ID card holders (Active Duty, Retiree, Dependent, DOD or Contractor) and their guests!***
-Join the MWR fitness team for a post 4th of July run celebration participating in the "Freedom 5K" at Naval Air Station North Island. Start line will be on the softball field adjacent to VADM Martin Fitness Center.
- Free T-Shirt awaits the first 200 to complete the run.
- Race check In begins @ 0630
