Description
In 1789, the cocktail was invented in Paris to commemorate the storming of the Bastille and the start of the French Revolution. Classic French techniques utilize stirring, shaking, egg whites, and muddling. Participate in this class to learn about bar tools, techniques, and how to perfect the subtle craft of mixology with 4 French cocktails.
Participants will make 4 surprise cocktails which could be, but are not limited to: a Sazerac, Sidecar, French 75, French Martini, or Mojito. All tools and ingredients will be provided. Participants will leave with a drink mixer to bring their new mixology skills to their home bars.
Ages 21+ only. Important: the alcohol in this class includes rye, whiskey, and vodka.
