SD Hip Hop Health & Wellness 30-Day Virtual Challenge
It’s the end of the year and we want you to finish strong. This month's challenge, and our first one, is about implementing new healthy habits in life. It's a great way to undertake new challenges without putting too much pressure on yourself. All you have to do is complete 30 miles within 30 days. What’s even better is that you can choose whatever activities that motivate you. Each day for 30-minute you can run, skate, walk or hike. It’s all up to you. Complete 30 miles in 30 days by RUNNING, WALKING, SKATING or HIKING.
Registration: Registration Starts November 15, 2020 ends December 29, 2020 at 11:59pm MST
Event starts on December 1st.
TRACKING/RESULTS: For tracking your distance and time, you can use whatever app or system that works best for you (Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, etc.). Keep track of your progress. Remember that this is about endurance, not speed. To keep it flexible for all of the participants, we are not requiring you to sync or upload your FIT or GPX files! Your mileage entries will be manual, and you can use whatever tracking or fitness app you'd like.

The NHA portfolio of programs is as wide and varied as the communities we serve. Current NHA programs range from early childhood development in Head Start to an innovative nutrition program, to health programs like HIV/AIDS case management, mental health services, Adult Day Health Care services, youth services and Senior Services.
