Yoga Session

Start your August morning with movement, mindfulness, and a touch of indulgence. Join us for a 1-hr outdoor yoga session designed to awaken your body and calm your mind. Bring your own mat. Yoga mats available to borrow.

Raffle

All Active-Duty E1-E6 attendees will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a North Face backpack, 32oz Hydroflask, and a 36in body board. Winners will be drawn at the end of the yoga session. *Must be Active Duty to enter and win.
