Self Care Soiree: 10-MIN MASSAGE

Join us for a special Self-Care Day on Friday, February 14th at VADM Martin Liberty Center! Register online for your free 10-minute massage. Spots are limited and available on a first-come first-serve, basis.

**Priority will be given to Active Duty E1-E6 for massages. Massages will happen in our multipurpose room in a semi-private space. Patrons have the option to request a full body massage demo or back massage. Massages will happen over clothing. 

APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS:

• Do not register for a massage if you are sick! Anyone showing symptoms will be turned away even if you reserved a time slot. 
• No post-workout attire allowed. Come clean!
• Do not wear any strong or overly scented products. This includes, but is not limited to perfume, body spray, cologne, lotion, etc. 
• Please refrain from smoking at least 1hr prior to your scheduled appointment.

This event features a variety of other relaxing activities such as a creative crafting corner, a delightful refreshment table, themed photo booth, and more!
