New Children's Museum Visit

Join NBC ComRec for a visit to see what exhibits the museum has to offer! Think, Play, Create! Each registered child will receive a self-guided take home STEM/ART kit. *Families must check in with MWR staff member for your entrance ticket and kit by 10am. You will have access to the 3 floors of the museum. All persons need a ticket to enter.  Ages 2 years and under are FREE. $12 price will get you the entrance ticket plus the DIY Kit.

Already a museum member? Just register yourself for a kit! 

The Self Guided Kits are good for 4+ years!  Color and Light Catchers: cut out and put together colored, transparent, cellophane sheets that will layer and catch the light creating something of a stained glass effect.

PARKING:

The Museum has limited parking in their parking garage.  it is $15 for non-members.  There is some street hourly parking in the sorrounding blocks.  There are 2 Trolley locations, if that is easier!

There is a small café for food purchases.  Personal food is allowed inside the museum but to be eaten in the designated locations. There is also a nice park across the street for a picnic!
