Description
Join us for an easy 5-15 miles (8-9 min/mile pace) as we send off Pete Kostelnick on his transcontinental run across the country in effort to best the Guinness World Record for "Fastest Crossing of America on Foot (male.)" He will be running south out of San Francisco to San Mateo. The route leaving San Francisco and through California. A really good stopping point for 10k on the route is Piccolo Pete (2155 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94134)
If you would like your miles to count towards the virtual run, register at Anywhere.run prior to starting the run with us.
We will have a special gift for all who joins us for the run.
What to bring:
1. At least 32 oz or water for every 5 miles you plan to run with us. You will need to self support.
2. A ride back to the start as we will not be providing transportation for you back to City Hall.
