Pumpkin Prowl virtual 5k, 10k, 1 miler, or half marathon

Bust out the layers because fall running is here, and the Pumpkin Prowl is celebrating its first year as a virtual race! This is the perfect opportunity to find a scenic view(if you wish) for whatever course you would like. Family and friends of all ages can walk, run, crawl, or jog to the finish line, right on your own turf. ALL PROCEEDS from this race will be benefiting the SanFransico AIDS Foundation. Please note there is a $2.50 fee per transaction through run sign up (this is the cheapest site we could find) so the more people you register at a time, the more money you save! Every registered participant will be recieving a 2 inch sparkly die cast pumpkin medal to commemorate your support and generosity. We would like to get at least 300 participants to make everything worth while, so please share this with your frieinds, church, community, co workers, school, you could even run it as a group! (Donations will also be accepted) Medals will ship the week of 11/24/14 so please allow shipping time.
