NBVC Liberty Explore Santa Barbara

We start a ride with the trolley to sterns wharf, wander around the shops and stores of state street, or explore the new funk zone. Which is home to boutique tasting rooms, cafes, galleries, and shops that cater to Santa Barbara’s contemporary side.

Pick up at CoffeeNet 8:00am, SurfNet 7:30 am. 

Registration is open to qualified liberty patrons only.  Liberty is defined as active duty single sailor (or airman) age 18-26, rank e1-e6,  and geobatchelors, currently assigned to NBVC. If your command requires approval to participate in events, you are responsible for procuring said approval before signing up.  By registering you agree that you meet the qualifications listed above.  Patrons who are not qualified liberty patrons, (e.g. non active duty, dependents, retirees, or DoD civilian) are NOT permitted on Liberty specific trips, but are encouraged to check out the many wonderful opportunities available through NBVC's MWR Community Recreation program
