Winter 2019 Running Group!
ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This new program is 20 weeks (starting December 5) and helps us get ready for the various races in 2019--including the Eugene Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K on April 28, 2019, and helps to gain base fitness for Santa Rosa Marathon weekend in August!
WHEN
The group will have runs Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and long runs on Saturdays starting at 6:30 to 8 a.m. at various locations.

Three coached workouts per week: strength/yoga on Mondays, track on Wednesdays, and long run Saturdays. Long run locations will vary.

PRICING
Half-Marathon and shorter distances: $200
Marathon (includes TrainingPeaks and personalized coaching): $250
Saturdays only: $125 (includes shirt)
TrainingPeaks/personalized add-on: Add $50
Drop-in fee: $10 (allows you to join us anytime!)

ABOUT COACH WHITNEY
Whitney Lindsley​ loves to coach and build quality relationships with her athletes. She is an RRCA-certified running coach and has years of running experience. She has completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons, as well as short- and long-course triathlons. She is also an Ironman finisher. Whitney is training to become a certified yoga teacher and studies health and fitness topics as often as she can! She knows how hard it is to start the journey and stay in shape and wants to help you reach your goals and athletic potential through smart training. She loves french fries, yoga, and crazy adventures.
