Motivation

Pantoll (mile 15.8) - Muir Woods (mile 23.5): 9.7 miles
Alpine - Bootjack - Pelvin - Lost - Sun - Dipsea

Muir Woods (mile 23.5) - Tennessee Valley (mile 30.5): 7 miles
Dipsea - Deer Park - Frank Valley - Kent Ln - Redwood Creek - Miwok - Hwy 1 - Miwok

Tennessee Valley (mile 30.5) - TMMC FINISH (mile 39): 8.5 miles
Marincello - Alta - SCA - Slackers (0.4 miles out-n-back) - Julian - Bunker Rd - Rodeo Valley - Miwok

Shortcuts

1. Muir Beach back to TV via Green Gulch
2. Cardiac to Pantoll directly
3. Deer Park to Frank Valley Rd and Shortcut 1.
4. TV to TMMC via Miwok.
