This virus, named after a shitty Mexican beer, may be holding us back, but it’s not keeping us down.
Due to the spread of the Coronavirus, it is no longer safe nor legal for the Red Hills Ramble to continue on its scheduled date.
Make no mistake, THE RAMBLE WILL HAPPEN!!! We just don’t know when, yet. As soon as it is safe, we will announce the reschedule date.
At this point, The Ramble is a NO-RISK race. If a runner can’t make the rescheduled date or decide to no longer participate, they can opt for a deferral or full refund.
Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to the greatest trail race in the entire universe, the Red Hills Ramble!
Just about 30 miles outside of Oakdale, the Ramble gives you the benefit of running a true trail race in your backyard. We will once again have the four race distances, the 10K, 15K, 35K and 50K, for you to choose from. Not familiar with the Red Hills area? Well, we promise you some amazing views and extremely challenging terrain.
Per usual, Dusty Bottoms will be hosting the greatest aid stations of any race anywhere. What can you expect? We will have the usual assortment of snacks, water, electrolytes and other forms of "hydration". What won't you find? CUPS!! That's right, this is a cupless event so please come prepared!
All runners will be provided a finisher's medal and we will have awards for the top 3 men's and women's finishers in each race.
A portion of the proceeds raised will support our friends at Kate's Rescue* and the good folks at the Bureau of Land Management.
*This year we are also doing something a little different. We are accepting donations on behalf of the folks at Kate's Rescue. Frankly, they love animals and we absolutely love that. If you feel as strongly about supporting what these great folks are doing as we are, feel free to give them a buck or two. Let's face it, chew toys ain't cheap and they can use all the help that they can get. And to show just how serious we are about this, DB will match every dollar that gets donated. Head on over and see the amazing things happening at Kate's Rescue today! www.katesrescue.org
