Join us for a 1 hour Yoga Class "YogaWorks" . Please arrive early to allow time to park and sign up , Class will be from 3-4pm . Bring a mat ,
Class will focus on stretching /rolling/therapeutics
After Class Follow us over for the first SCV Cal Tri Club Social at "The Dudes" from 4:15pm onwards

Registration is limited to 25 so sign up early> CalTri Membership is required to RSVP for the YOGA class
