FAQs:

Is there a time requirement? How fast do I need to be?  To receive an official time, you must be able to run the 1-mile in under 13 minutes or the 5000m under 40 minutes so that the event can accommodate multiple heats of each distance. Participants are welcome to join the race even if they cannot make the time cutoffs, but they may not receive an official time and may need to move to an outer lane as they finish their event.

Are all ages welcome?  Yes! However, parents should be aware of the potential for congestion on the track during each race and the finish time expectations listed above for their children.

Are spikes allowed?  Yes, but spikes must be limited to 3/16" height or less.
