Shamrock Shuffle Virtual 5K Run/Walk

You do not have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day or score awesome swag all while supporting our youth. Our race is a fun, healthy, and meaningful community event, full of spirit, good cheer, and positive energy.  It is also a crucial fundraiser for USA/Canada Leo Leadership Forum youth development and teen programs.

All proceeds from this run support California's MD4 Lions Clubs International Leo's pursuit of leadership development training.   The Leo's are the youth 13- 18 years of age associated with our Lions Clubs and are the future of service in our communities throughout our nation and the world.  The US Lions Clubs have partnered with the Canadian Lions Clubs to create a joint leadership forum focused on developing our young Leo's to become our Lions of tomorrow.  This forum is organized by the USA/Canada Leo Leadership Foundation whose mission is to deepen participants’ knowledge of the Leo program and promote engagement between Leos through interactive workshops, social activities, and service projects with the planning of an annual Leo Leadership Forum.

How it Works:

• Register for the 5K Run/Walk with or without swag
• Run, Walk, Bike, Peloton, Treadmill 3.1 miles on a course and location of your choosing. You can even row if you want! Participate anytime before March 22, 2021. Be sure to share your course and training and related photos in our online community! Running on March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) is encouraged!
• We'll ship your awesome race swag to your door!
• Share the race with all your friends!
• Log your results on the results page (click here)
• Post your results on the Facebook Page (optional)

What it Costs:

• $30 Race Bundle includes virtual race, swag, and shipping. Register by 3/8 and we plan to ship your shirt to you by March 12.  Not responsible for porch pirates!  :)  
• $20 per participant with no swag.
• $15 each for extra T-Shirts.
• $5 each for extra Face Masks

What You Get:

1. A nice inner glow knowing that you helped some awesome kids during these tough times.
2. The chance to set and meet a goal, and do something physically and mentally (maybe even spiritually) good for yourself.
3. Share in an online community forum.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Walk?  YES!  This is a challenge for all levels, fitness, and abilities.  Run, Walk, Jog - whatever you choose! 

Can I do the 5K over multiple days?  YES!  If you want to break it up over multiple workouts throughout the day, or multiple days, just keep track of your time and enter your total time.

Where do I enter My Results?  No need to do this.  This is your challenge.

How Long Does it take to receive our Packets?  Packets are shipping out weekly (Monday).  Our volunteers are working hard to ship as soon as possible and generally, race packets arrive about 1 week after registration.

What Fabric and Sizes are the Shirts?  The T-Shirts are a lightweight, ringspun 60/40 Poly/Cotton Blend.  Unisex sizing. 

How Do I Refer Friends?  When you complete your checkout you'll receive a unique URL link.  Send that to your friends and ask them to register using that link (you'll also get a copy in your confirmation email).  

Do you ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia?  Absolutely!
