Description
Mental health fitness is just as important to one's overall well-being as is physical fitness. The Aspen Hope Center, in partnership with Pitkin County Sheriff Joe DiSalvo, invite runners, joggers and walkers of all ages to join them on June 25th for the 1st Annual Sheriff’s Cup for Hope 5K Run/Walk hosted by Gretchen Bleiler!
If you’ve never run a 5K or even walked anything near a mile, the Sheriff’s Cup for Hope 5K is the ideal event for first timers. Not only is the course picturesque and relatively flat, but there’s nothing like a morning run on a beautiful golf course in Aspen! Each registered runner gets an event t-shirt and medal. Come meet, greet, run and take pictures with Gretchen Bleiler. All registered runners are automatically entered into a drawing for an autographed snowboard package from Gretchen!
Event packet pick-up starts at 7:30am on June 25th at the Aspen Golf Course. Runners will line up at 9:20am, with the race starting at 9:30am. Runners will go first, followed by joggers, walkers and strollers.
