We will race rain or shine....or snow!

8:00 AM VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE at Parkside Community Center

8:15 - 8:45  Bib Pick up and DONATION DROP OFF at the Parkside Community Center

9:00  5k Start

9:15 - 10:00 Random door prizes/raffles, snacks, meeting new running friends.  Volunteers will monitor food table, assist with recording bib numbers and take candid pictures.

10:00 - 10:30 Clean up finish chute, tables, food area and course.

10:30 - 10:45  Pack truck with all supplies and depart.

Assist with timing by working as a two man team to record bib numbers of racers as they finish. For an event this size, it is easy to capture this information, especially in a two man team, however, you do need to be able to PAY ATTENTION without distraction and accurately record bib numbers. You'll be done when the last racer finishes and we clean up the finish chute - before 11 AM. 3W Races will provide, pencils, clipboards and bib recording sheets.  Dress in layers and wear gloves!  You'll be outside!

This assistant will help with same day registrations, bib pick up and charity donations as well as some food set up, photography and clean up.  May also be used as course marshal, depending on size of the crowd. Will certainly be finished before 11 AM.  Dress warmly in layers and wear gloves!  Most of what you'll do will be outside!
