Description
Join nursing and health science students for UCCS's annual homecoming 5k run/walk, the 5th Annual Trek the Trail 5k on Saturday, September 15th, 9:00 a.m.
This event fosters applied skills, collaboration, and leadership opportunities for students, is a zero-waste event concentrating on sustainability and leave-no-trace ethics, and is the only unpaved trail run/walk hosted a UCCS. Net proceeds of Trek the Trail support student scholarship funds.
The event is co-hosted with nursing and health science student organizations: Exercise is Medicine, Beth-El Student Nurses' Association, Nutrition Club and Local Food Club.

Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m.
Registration fees*:
$20 - Students
$25 - Faculty, Staff, Alumni, & Community
$30 - For All Day-Of Registrants**
*FMV = $9.00 per person
** Registrants must use own device to register on day of event.
Must be registered by the end of day on August 31st to guarantee a shirt. We will order extras but we cannot guarantee a shirt if registered after August 31st.
