MonsterDASH - Denver

Come enjoy a little exercise and burn off those Halloween calories. 2018 theme is FRANKENSTEIN!  There will be 2 distance choices: the 5k "Fun Run" is for the entire family to run together (Ages 5 and up and strollers allowed) and the 10k Race is for the runner looking for more of a challenge. Clocks and timing are in use for the 10k, but awards only given for the Top 3 in the 5k and Top 3 Age Groupers in the 10k.

We also have three Kids Races following the 5k and 10k.  After all, Halloween is best left to the Kids and the MonsterDASH Run and Festival were created with them in mind.  Immediately following the 5k Fun Run and 10k Race, there will be 3 different races for the Little Frankensteins. Parents & Kids choose the distance when they arrive. A 1/4 mile course, 1/2 mile course, and full mile course.  

Participants Receive:  T-shirt, Raffle Ticket, Goody Bag, Meal, Finisher Medal, Non-Alcoholic Drink at Event, Free Beer at Post-Party and Finisher Custom Koozy

Kids Receive: Custom Kids Bib, Glow-Stick, Meal, Milk/Drink, Kids Candy, Finisher Medal and Cool Finisher Gift.

In Denver, the courses will consist of a loop (or loops for the 10K) around one of the most beautiful parks in Denver, Sloan's Lake Park.  Start/Finish location will be located on the south side of Sloan's Lake along 17th ave.  The 5k Fun Run and 10k Race will be FLAT, FAST and SCENIC.​​​
