Keep your winter motivation levels stoked with a 100-mile per month virtual challenge December - February. 

Each month log your miles with the goal of 100 miles per month to keep those winter blues at bay and maintain/build strength for a stellar 2024 year of crushing your goals! 

You can walk, jog, walk/jog, hike, run, bike or a combo of any or all.

Virtual Challenge for Runners/Walkers, & Cyclists


~5k-A-Day keeps the winter blues away!

Run, walk, and/or hike a 5k a day through the winter months (December, January, & February) to complete your Holiday Hundo (100 miles) virtual mileage challenge.

Keep the holiday weight gain, stress, and lack of motivation at bay by participating in the Holiday Hundo Virtual Challenge! Run/Walk/Hike a ~5k (3.3 miles/day to be exact) everyday December 1st - February 29th (91 days) to complete 300 miles. Or do a 5k/day and because it’s the holidays, we’ll round up!

Don’t want to streak (run/walk everyday)? No worries, you can do more some days and take some days off - whatever works for you to get 100 miles in for each month! Well, maybe not all in one day on the last day of the month…but procrastinators are welcome to join at their own risk.

All participants receive a long sleeve winter challenge shirt


Ride 100 miles a month... or week!?:

  • During the months of December, January, & February
  • 100 miles per week
  • All in 1-day

Cyclists, you have options! Depending on the weather, how much you ride, and how you roll, you can choose what works best for you. All cycling miles count - road, mountain, fat bike, outdoor, indoor, commuter, trainer, stationary, etc.


Can you log 100 miles running/walking/hiking and 100 miles biking per month? Or want to do both modes and add your miles together? Then register for the Rock and Roll challenge to log both foot and pedal miles each month.
