Our Charity Partner is Heritage House, who runs a group home for at-risk teenaged girls in the area.  Please bring along a household cleaning item (dish soap, windex, paper towels...) or feminine hygiene product (shampoo, pads, deodorant...) as an in-kind donation for Heritage House.

Course

We'll have a couple 'captains' who know the route we're running, but just in case you get ahead (or behind) the group - here is the course plan:

We will leave the office heading west along S. Boulder Rd until we reach the bike trail that leads under the road (.25 miles).  We will follow the bike trail until it reaches Linden then take a left on Linden and follow East until it hits Ridgeview Dr and take a right (North) and follow it until it dead ends at the culdesac and jump on the bike trail that will take us over to W. Willow Ct.   Jump onto the street and Follow until we hit Washington Ave and take a left (South) then turn immediately left again onto Tamarisk Ct (East) and go to the end until we hit the bike trail.  Turn immediately left on the bike trail and follow for about .5 miles until you hit Via Appia Way.  Go over Via Appia and thru the park clockwise around the pond and exit the bike trail onto W. Lafayette.  Turn Left on W. Lafayette (East) then immediately another Left (North) onto Caledonia Cir.  Follow Caledonia Circle all the way around (.25 miles) until it reaches W. Lafayette St.  Then turn Around and repeat this distance in reverse.

CLICK HERE for a Google map of what was just described above.

This will be about a 6.2 mile run and covers the hardest section of the course.  There are other rolling hills as part of the course but this is by far the hardest climbing portion and has some gorgeous views!!
