Date: Saturday, September 21, 2019
All participants will meet at the Start/Finish Line located at Cougar Canyon Drive and Simpson Drive off Colorado State Highway 160 a few miles northeast of downtown Trinidad. The 5K is an out and back route on asphalt road, while the 10K is a loop that includes asphalt road and dirt road. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 Male and Female finishers in the 10K and 5K runners. First 30 registrants will receive cold weather Run Trinidad beanies and a goodie bag.
5K Awards Ceremony will take place at the Finish Line area at 8:15 a.m. All 5K participants are eligible to enter a post race gift card drawing at the Awards Ceremony.
10K Awards Ceremony will take place at the Finish Line area no later than 8:45 a.m. All 10K participants are eligible to enter a post race gift card drawing at the Awards Ceremony.
Participants ages 17 years and younger receive discounted fee of $15.
Strollers and leashed dogs allowed on the 5K route only.

Directions
From Northbound or Southbound I-25: Exit I-25 at exit 15. Head East on Kit Carson toward Highway 160. After approximately 1 mile, turn left on Highway 160 eastbound. After approximately 1 mile, turn right on Cougar Canyon Drive. When you reach the stop sign at Cougar Canyon Drive and Simpson Drive, turn left to reach the parking lot at Rubia Court. Additional parking is available on Cougar Canyon Drive. Parking is extremely limited at the Start/Finish line, so please plan to walk to the Start/Finish line.
