Description
Celebrate SPRING with a fast and fun 5k or 10k. Walkers, Joggers, Weekend Warriors and Serious Runners are all welcome! Enjoy the beautiful Big Dry Creek Trail and Westminster Promenade Terrace in this 2nd year 5k/10k event. Each participant will get a moisture wicking 3W Races t-shirt! You've been asking for them; this is the race to get it!

$30 online until April 26th at 8 PM.
On race day, the fee is $35.00.
10k
$30 online until April 12th at midnight.
$35 online until April 26th at 8 PM.
On race day, the fee is $40.00.

Big Dry Creek Trail at the Westminster Promenade Terrace, Westminster, CO. Bib pick up and onsite registration is at the east end of the Terrace Parking Lot, approx 10600 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80021

Parking:
Use the lots at the Promenade Terrace (on the south east side of Promenade Way across from the Westin hotel or behind FatCats Bowling Alley.) We encourage the use of environmentally thoughtful transportation. This area is easily accessible by bicycle and bus. Check out Ridearrangers.org for event specific carpooling, etc.
Prizes, Raffles and Awards:
All racers will receive a 2013 3W Races T Shirt! (65/35 Poly/Cotton GENDER SPECIFIC - women's shirts run a little bit small.)
Top 3 men and women over will receive a medal. 1st -3rd place winners in each men's and women's age groups will receive a medal. (10k age groups: 18 and under, 19-29, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70 and up. 5k age groups: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70 and up. )
This race supports Growing Home, a Westminster 501(c)3 organization which provides support to local children and families. Bring 5 items to donate on race day and you'll be entered into a raffle for fun prizes including a new pair of shoes!

7:30 - 8:30 AM Onsite registration at the Terrace Parking Lot, east end. (Across the street from the Westin Hotel.)
7:30 - 8:30 AM Bib pick up at at the Terrace Parking Lot, east end. (Across the street from the Westin Hotel.)
9:00 AM Start at the Big Dry Creek Trail - Promenade Terrace
9:45 AM 5k Awards and Drawings at the Big Dry Creek Finish Line area (must be present to win - no awards will be mailed)
10:30 AM 10k Awards and Drawings at the Big Dry Creek Finish Line area (must be present to win - no awards will be mailed)
Water:
We will have water coolers at the start/finish area, but NO disposable cups. Please bring your own water bottle for drinking water. Thank you for doing your part to keep unecessary waste out of our landfills!
There will not be a water station on the 5k course.
There will be a water station on the 10k course which racers will pass twice.
