Thank you for your interest in this great community event. This event is all about fun, giving back to the community and eating :)
On Saturday, May 11th, we will meet at Crossfit Undeniable on 92nd Ave no later than 8am. We will then head out on to the Big Dry Creek Trail and clean up the garbage between Wadsworth Parkway and Route 36. We will provide the garbage bags, gloves, maps, and hand sanitizer.
Don't worry, we have people that are very familiar with the trail and road for this section! You won't be left behind, working alone or be in any danger from wildlife :)
This is dog-friendly and stroller friendly!
We will then return to the gym by no later than 10am and begin a workout that will consist of a timed 1mile run, then 4-5 functional movements such as jumping rope, pushups, burpees and other body-weight, low-impact fun exercises...then finish up with a timed 800 meter run (1/2 mile).
We will be giving a score for your workout and everyone will get a free entry to one of our races as well as great discounts to Crossfit Undeniable!
Immediately following the workout, we will be providing a BBQ for everyone! That's right, burgers, dogs, veggies, chips, lemonade and BYOB. We will have all the condiments and plates along with some fruit and/or ice cream for dessert.
You don't have to stay for the whole event but we'd love it if you did! The cost is only $5. BRING THE CASH with you. There is no charge for signing up but we'll collect the cash on the day of the event, along with your food donation for Growing Home.
