Description
The Sprint Triathlon will be POSTPONED. LOOKING TO RESCHEDULE.
The triathlon course will consist of a 1/4 mile swim in the pristine waters of Crystal Lake, a 12 -
mile road bike through the beautiful country roads of Ellington and Stafford, and finally, a rolling 3.2 mile run
around Crystal Lake.
The duathlon course will consist of a 2.25 Mile Out and Back Run, a 12 -
mile road bike through the beautiful country roads of Ellington and Stafford, and finally, a 2.25 Mile Out and Back Run on W Shore Rd at Crystal Lake.
All levels of ability are welcomed.
There will be two waves wave 1 is all men , wave 2 is all women and relays
The triathlon/duathlon will be limited to 220 participants;
The cost will be $70 per participant or relay team.
No rain date. In case of inclement weather or water issues, race director reserves the right to shorten the course, hold a duathlon, or a 10K run.
