Cara graduated from West Hartford Yoga 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2016, which included a 20-hour Functional Anatomy intensive. She currently is completing her independent study for certification. Cara is an avid runner and has been a member of the Glastonbury River Runners since 2011.
This is an all levels yoga class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body. The 60-minute session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from a regular workout routine, such as: shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. This class is designed to help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength for increased athletic performance.
